This weekend seminar is open to anyone who wants to take some time for themselves, to connect with their breath and strengthen it to nourish the energy of the body.
We will use the techniques of SunDo – Taoist Yoga, and the gentle approach of the Feldenkrais Method.
We will set up a new map of cooperation of the whole in the body and new possibilities for the breath.
Beginners are welcome!

16:00 – 17:30 Exercises, individual recommendations as needed
19:30 – 20:30 Meditation & Sauna

Accommodation in rooms 1-2-3.
Meals. Breakfast and dinner on Saturday are on your own, borscht on Friday. There is an equipped kitchen and a fridge.
Transport: by car optimally, please let us know if you can take someone or need transport
Mattresses, bed linen and towels are available on site.
