Spring Sundo Retreat
Three days of deep breath nurturing and getting our body aligned between Heaven and Earth, finding our centre and peace of mind.
We will have space for position corrections, for realigning our body & mind so our breath can be spacious and strong. In a way, in the kouksundo method a lot is in doing the practice again and again and sinking into breath-mind-lower Danjeon connected way of being.

Sundo Retreat with Master Kim Ki Young
The Retreat is the opportunity for everyone to sink into the Sundo philosophy and practice, to shift the energy by practicing often and in a group, to get corrections and new impulses.
We are delighted to announce that Master Kim Ki Young will be coming to the Czech Republic for the first time to give a Sundo Retreat at the end of May 2025.
