We would like to encourage students to regularly practice, even if you do not have time to do a Full practice you may have time to practice the 16min Warm-Up. The more often you practice the more you will feel the benefits.
The Warm-Up in the Sundo, invigorates the ki and the blood, develops the center and opens and refreshes the body and mind.
Access to the Warm-Up portion of the ZOOM Sundo Classes for one month.
Pay at the start of the month and get access for that month.
- Monday and Wednesday Mornings 6:10–6:25 (CET) – Paul EN
- Monday Evenings 19:10–19:35 (CET) – Lenka CZ
- Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 9:15–9:30 (CET) – Paul EN
- Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 19:15–19:30 (CET) – Paul EN
Be guided through the Warm-Up of the SunDo Practice in the comfort of your own home.
No previous experience or fitness level is required.
How will I join the class:
Once your order has been processed, a generated email from the Online Store will send you an Invite link and your Zoom Meeting ID and password.
Reception starts 5 minutes before the class.
How to use Zoom:
1. Zoom needs to be installed on your computer or phone

2. To use Zoom, you need to know the buttons in the zoom window:
– Bottom left (Mute / Un-mute, Stop Video / Start Video)
This will allow you to turn off the sound or image of your computer.
