Sundo Retreat with Master Ki Young
May 29th-June 1st 2025

This weekend seminar is open to all who wish to take time for themselves, to connect with their breath and strengthen it to nourish the energy of the body. to benefit posture and harmony of mind.

We will use the techniques of Taoist Yoga SunDo and the gentle approach of the Feldenkrais Method.

We will set up a new map of cooperation for the body as a whole and new possibilities of breathing.

We practice in a wooden log cabin (awarded wooden building of the year 2012).

WHEN: March 8-10, 2024 (Friday-Sunday)

WHERE: Horní Libchavy (near Ústí nad Orlicí)

PRICE: If the deposit is paid by 13.12.2023, the price is 3.900 CZK, then 4.200 CZK (accommodation, course fees, lunches included)
Seniors, mothers on maternity leave and students 3.800 CZK.

19:30 – 20:30 Meditation, theory

Sunday
6:30 – 8:00 a.m. SunDo practice

Accommodation in rooms of 2-3.

Meals: We have joint lunches, breakfast and dinner are at your disposal, there is an equipped kitchen and a refrigerator.

You need your own yoga mat, towel, bedding is on site.

Transportation: By car or you can take the train to Ústí nad Orlicí (from Prague about 1,5 hours, from Olomouc 1 hour) and then by bus or the center can provide a ride from the train. We will arrange.

To understand the principles of breath, its influence on the nervous system and posture of the body, will help;

Breath is always at your fingertips, you can practice with it regularly or in small micro-exercises, everything is useful and counts. It can even be fun!!! 🙂
